FLXPOD // FOR YOUTH SPORTS CLUBS

I'M OPENING THE FIRST 5 PODS FOR YOUTH SPORTS CLUBS.

This is the first charter cohort. The pod isn't new — this rollout is. The first five clubs get hands-on access, a done-with-you launch, and a direct line to me while we prove the full system together.

Five clubs. That's not a marketing line. A charter launch only works if I'm in the weeds with each one — siting, staffing, and standing up the camp model. Past five, I can't do that and keep it honest.

The first two clubs to commit also get a done-with-you launch camp — I help you plan, price, and fill it, start to finish.

HERE'S THE PROMISE

In one season, your club owns a real performance arm — a strength facility your families train in, a new revenue line, and a reason they stop leaving to get strong somewhere else.

THE LEAK

For the club that's winning on the field — and losing families off it.

You've built a club families trust. The skill development is real. The teams are good. Parents drive across town to be part of what you've built — that's not the problem.

The problem is what happens when those same families decide their athlete needs to get strong.

They don't come to you, because you don't have it. No real strength space, no performance coach, no offering. So they go find one — an outside trainer, a private facility, the performance arm at the club across town. You spent years developing that athlete, and now you're handing their off-season, their loyalty, and their dollars to someone else.

You built the relationship. Somebody else monetizes the athlete.

And it compounds. The serious families are the ones who leave to train, and the serious families are the ones you can least afford to lose. Every one that walks out for strength is a crack in the thing you built.

That's the leak. And it doesn't fix itself — not while performance is the one thing your club doesn't own.

WHY ME

I've spent my career building the thing clubs keep outsourcing.

I played in the Orioles and Marlins organizations and spent fifteen-plus years coaching and building performance facilities under Mike Boyle. I've seen both sides: the clubs that own their athletes' development end to end, and the ones that hand the most valuable part to an outside trainer and wonder why families drift.

FLXPOD is how a club closes that gap without a capital project — a real facility on your site, built to be run by one coach, with a model that turns it into revenue instead of overhead.

So this isn't theory. But I'll be straight: FLXPOD as a charter cohort is being run for the first time in this structure. If you want a fully-proven, off-the-shelf franchise, this isn't that yet. If you want direct access and a small group of clubs we build this with, this is the opening.

THE FIT

This isn't for every club. On purpose.

This isn't for the club that already owns a staffed, equipped performance arm. You've solved this.

This isn't for a club that wants equipment with no model and no support. A pod that sits unused is a cost, not an asset.

And it isn't for a club that won't put a coach in it. The pod is built so one coach can run it — but it still needs that coach.

But if you've got the families, the trust, and you're tired of watching performance walk out the door — this was built for your club.

HOW IT WORKS // DROP. STAFF. FUND.

Three moves to your own performance arm.

PHASE ONE // DROP

A FACILITY ON YOUR SITE

A complete 20-foot strength pod — equipped for real athlete development. Sited where your families already are and delivered ready to train out of. No build-out, no capital project, no construction timeline.

Performance stops being the thing you send families elsewhere for, and starts being something your club owns.
PHASE TWO // STAFF

ONE COACH CAN RUN IT

You don't need a department. A pod runs on one strength coach — yours to hire, or an existing staffer. FLXPOD OS handles scheduling, rosters, and billing, so it doesn't bury your front office in admin.

The club controls the athlete's full development — on the field and in the weight room — under one roof.
PHASE THREE // FUND

A REVENUE LINE, NOT A COST CENTER

The pod runs member training, camps, and clinics — a new line families pay into instead of paying someone else. The playbook shows you how to fill it. It's built to carry its own cost and add to the club, not sit on the budget.

The dollars that used to leave for outside training stay inside the club you built.
THE MATH

The performance arm that pays its own way.

Two things move at once: the families you keep, and the new revenue you add. Put a number on the members who'd train in-house and the camps you could run, and you can see the model for your club.

I'm not going to stamp a figure on this page, and you should be wary of anyone who does. What a pod adds to your club depends on your membership, your market, and how it's run. No revenue or retention result is promised or guaranteed.

On the call we'll walk real numbers for your club — what a pod costs, what it can hold, what member training and camps could realistically do — so you can see whether it pencils out. No hype. Just the math.

CHARTER TERMS

We don't put a number on this page.

Not because we're hiding it — because what a pod costs your club depends on how you run it and fund it, and no two clubs price the same. We set that together on the call, with real figures in front of you.

What the charter cohort gets is simple: charter terms, and the hands-on launch I can only give the first five. Future clubs will pay more and get less of my time. That's the trade for being early.

HOW I HOLD THE RISK

I don't disappear after the drop-off.

The pod showing up is the start line, not the finish. My commitment to the charter cohort is to stand with your club through the launch — siting, staffing, and your first camps — until families are training and the model is running.

You bring the club. I'll handle the rest.

WHAT TO DO NEXT

Three steps.

  1. 01

Book a short fit call — fifteen minutes, coach to coach.

  2. 02

We make sure a pod is actually right for your club. If it's not, I'll tell you on the call.

  3. 03

If it's a fit, we set your charter terms and map your rollout.

P.S. The first two clubs to commit get a done-with-you launch camp — I help you plan, price, and fill it. The charter cohort is five clubs. When it's full, the next group pays more and waits longer. No revenue or retention result is promised; what's promised is the facility, the model, and my time getting you launched.
